Company Description
Timberplay Ltd are based in Sheffield and delivery world class play areas throughout the UK, Middle East & India. We have built our reputation on delivering high quality landscape led play areas with beautifully hand crafted equipment manufactured in partnership with Bavarian play pioneers, Richter Spielgeräte. Founded in 2000 Timberplay work across multiple sectors with varied clients such as leisure attractions, local authorities, landscape architects and housing developers.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a BDM at Timberplay Ltd. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for tasks such as identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, creating and implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. This role is regional covering Greater London, the Home Counties and East Anglia.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Building
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of specification sales
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work remotely and attend conferences and seminars with some overnight stays when necessary
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential
- Clean UK driving licence
